Cancellation Policy

Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have already entered the processing phase. If you do cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Please note that damaged packaging, such as dented boxes with a product in good condition, is not considered damage.
